Historic Roscoe Village is a restored 1800’s village that was once a bustling port along the Ohio and Erie Canal. It is now is home to delightful shops, and restaurants nestled along a street filled with historic buildings. Be sure to visit the Roscoe Village Visitor Center to shop and learn more about the fascinating history of the area through photos and artifacts. The gift shop offers items created by Roscoe artisans, including wrought iron, brooms, and woven rugs.

Self-guided tours are available daily between 10 AM and 4 PM. Guests may interact with traditional artisans, meet a 1800’s doctor, visit the village blacksmith, participate in an old-fashioned one-room school lesson, and try 1800’s hands-on creative activities. The self-guided tour allows visitors to go at their own pace, mixing stops at charming shops, restaurants and living history buildings throughout the day.

Seasonally themed tours are also available during the fall and holidays.
