K9 5K

The very first K9 5K is Saturday, September 19th in Roscoe Village! Coinciding with the day of the Coshocton Dog Fest, this is the perfect 5K to run or walk with your furry friend. Bib Pickup will begin at 7:00AM at the Roscoe Village Visitor’s Center. Race begins at 8:00AM.  Awards: Top Male & Female Finishers Overall Top 3 in each Age group (Male & Female) 19-under 20-29 30-39 40-49 50-59 60-69 70+ Register by August 31st to be guaranteed a Race T-shirt. Dog RulesDogs are welcome at the RVBA 5k-9 Run/Walk when accompanied by a registered participant.• Dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive, properly socialized, and under control around people and other dogs.• Dogs must remain on a fixed, non-retractable leash no longer than 6 feet at all times. Retractable leashes are not permitted due to tripping hazards.• Dogs must be healthy, current on rabies vaccinations, and physically able to participate.• Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior, hydration, waste cleanup, and any injury or damage caused by their dog.• Participants with dogs must start at the back, give other runners and dogs space, and move to the side of the course when being passed.• Please follow all instructions from RVBA Roscoe Village Business Association, DK Races LLC, race officials, and event staff. The 3rd Annual Coshocton Dog Fest is September 19th, 2026. This fun festival will feature dog dock diving, frisbee pitch and catch show and more! Apple Butter Stirrin’ Festival

Historic Roscoe Village’s Apple Butter Stirrin’ Festival is October 16-18, 2026! Celebrating 55 years of Autumn scents and sounds. The Apple Butter Stirrin’ is one of the largest festivals that features copper kettles simmering with apple butter, live music, free admission and activities for kids, art, craft & food vendors. Live demonstrations include traditional arts, chainsaw carving, blacksmithing, and pumpkin carving.  Admission is $10 for people age 13 and up, with free admission for kids 12 and under. Parking is free. Get your tickets here. Roscoe Village is a charming restoration of a community that was once a thriving port on the Ohio and Erie Canal. Resorted in 1969, the original 1800s buildings are the hallmark of this scenic village nestled in the rolling hills of beautiful Coshocton County.  The mix of shops, restaurants and Living History buildings make Roscoe the perfect place to spend the day. History is brought to life through tours, special events, and festivals. The Apple Butter Stirrin,’ averages 12,000 visitors over the 3 day weekend. Leashed pets are always welcome in Historic Roscoe Village!

Education of Yesterday 22nd Annual Farm Show

“Our mission is to preserve old machinery, to teach and show the younger generations how things were done in the past!” While walking around the grounds at Country Crossroads you will see antique tractors and equipment of all shapes, sizes and color.Field demonstrations weather permitting.The Captain Bryant Grist Mill will be open. There is a large farm toy display on the 2nd floor and antique tools throughout the building.Kids will have the opportunity to operate a digger with supervision. Take a train ride on the Cracker Jack Railroad. Lil’ Toot the train will be chugging along the grounds for the little ones. The kids love the play area and corn pit.A family fun filled event for all ages. Tickets for the train rides and digger are $1 each. Price of admission is a donation.
